I met Jeffrey Matthew's when I went to work at Carroll's Foods in 1991. All of his family (which I still consider myself part of) at Carroll's Foods admired Jeffrey for the good person he was. He treated all of us with the greatest of respect and we were able to watch him grow professionally in the horse industry. I recently read an article about Jeffrey's earlier days and was impressed with his jorney to learn as much as he could before starting his own business. It has certainly paid off. As I also have a love for horses, I admire what Jeffrey has accomplished and it is an honor to know him. I wish him the very best in all his future endeavors.
