Texan Carl Mitz has treated the teeth of more than 100,000 horses in over 30 states, and is known as one of the nation’s best horse dentists. When the bureaucrats decided to try to grind Mitz’s business down to a halt, Carl “teamed up with other Texas horsemen and the Institute for Justice to fight for their right to earn an honest living.”
