The memory of fresh, delicious Tas-T-O Donuts here in Ocala stuck with me all the way from Ocala, back to Hawaii, then to North Carolina, and back to Ocala. While living in Ocala several years ago, I would stop for fresh donuts after working out at a now-gone gym up the road from Tas-T-O. Always fresh and delicious, I learned to be patient with those in line ahead of me, and that once the day’s fresh donuts were gone, Tas-T-O’s closed ’til the next morning.
Yesterday I drove by after they closed (intentionally!) so I could check their hours of operation. Tas-T-O Donuts will be delicious to take on my early morning drives to take pictures of the beautiful horses and horse farms here in Ocala. Works for me!
